Tibyan is responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us through the workflow review form on the contact page:
- your name, work email address and company;
- what you would like to improve, and any context you choose to add;
- your confirmation that we may use this information to respond to your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use this information only to read your request, reply to you and, if there is a fit, discuss a possible next step. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
How it is processed
The form sends your details to Tibyan's own server, which forwards them to HubSpot, the customer relationship service Tibyan uses to manage enquiries. HubSpot processes the information on Tibyan's behalf. The browser never loads HubSpot code, cookies or tracking from this site.
Owner input needed: HubSpot processing terms (DPA) and data location.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and then delete it.

Tibyan Intelligence
If you subscribe to Tibyan Intelligence, we use your email address only to send it. Your subscription is recorded in HubSpot with your consent, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or tracking. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us through the contact page. You may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Security
Form submissions are processed on the server. Application logs record technical events, not the contents of your message.
